The hotel is very close to the train station, yet seems quiet and safe. My room, a double, was ideal for one person. It was basic and rather small but was also clean and bright and had everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedding - clean, smooth white cotton - was of a much higher quality than I'd expect in a hotel in this price range. The large window was easily opened to let in fresh air in the morning, but the air conditioning was quietly efficient (and individually controlled) as the day warmed up. At night, the room was quiet and very comfortable - I slept remarkably well. I didn't try the restaurant but can recommend the hotel wholeheartedly for a good night's sleep close to Part Dieu station.

A warm and pleasant welcome, large comfortable bed and a great nights rest before catching a train from the adjacent Lyon Part Dieu SNCF rail station.
