We booked this hotel as it was located in the same area where our daughter was spending her year abroad from university. It is in the Foch area and very convenient for the main centre of Lyon and the old town (just a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes on the metro). The rest of Lyon is easily accessible by metro/ tram/ bus. The room was not large but had everything we needed for our short trip. It was down a side street so we weren't bothered by noisy traffic.

Liked the view of the Patio and quiet peaceful atmosphere, also the location near to the rivers, old town, Fourviere, metro, restaurants, the Parc de Tete d'Or.
